MVR forced circulation evaporator working principle :
The preheated material is fed through the feed port. When the liquid level reaches a certain height, the circulation pump is forced to open and the material begins to circulate in the system. The material flows through the tube side of the tubular heat exchanger and heats up with the steam in the shell side. The heated material enters the evaporation chamber, which is a negative pressure environment, and the material is flash steamed in the evaporation chamber. The generated secondary steam is separated by the separator at the upper part of the evaporation chamber and then enters the compressor. After heating up by the compressor, the secondary steam enters the shell of the evaporator again to exchange heat with the materials in the tube of the heat exchanger. When the material in the system reaches saturation, the crystals begin to precipitate.
