Product Description

MVR forced circulation evaporator working principle :

The preheated material is fed through the feed port. When the liquid level reaches a certain height, the circulation pump is forced to open and the material begins to circulate in the system. The material flows through the tube side of the tubular heat exchanger and heats up with the steam in the shell side. The heated material enters the evaporation chamber, which is a negative pressure environment, and the material is flash steamed in the evaporation chamber. The generated secondary steam is separated by the separator at the upper part of the evaporation chamber and then enters the compressor. After heating up by the compressor, the secondary steam enters the shell of the evaporator again to exchange heat with the materials in the tube of the heat exchanger. When the material in the system reaches saturation, the crystals begin to precipitate.

Composition of forced circulation evaporator:


The forced circulation evaporator is composed of heating chamber, evaporation crystallization chamber, condenser, circulation pump, vacuum and drainage system, gas-liquid separation chamber, secondary steam flash tank, salt separator, operating platform, testing instrument and electrical instrument control cabinet and valve and pipeline system.

 

 

Scope of application of forced circulation evaporator:

Suitable for sodium chloride, phenylpropanium acid, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride, glycinic acid; Evaporation and crystallization concentration of barium chloride, zinc sulfate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium hydroxide and other materials. Suitable for easy scaling liquid, high viscosity liquid, as a high concentrator in the evaporation device. Forced-circulation evaporators are ideal for use as crystallization evaporators for salt solutions.
